ABBAL Dairy Farm currently provides milk delivery only in selected areas of Karachi.
We are gradually expanding our delivery coverage based on milk availability, delivery capacity, and customer demand. We do not currently offer delivery across all areas of Karachi.
If you are interested in receiving our milk, please contact us on WhatsApp. Our team will confirm whether your area is currently being served or can be included in an upcoming delivery slot.
Our regular milk service works through monthly delivery slots.
Customers who subscribe to our regular milk service will receive milk according to their selected package, delivery schedule, and available slot.
Because our milk supply and delivery capacity are currently limited, subscription slots are subject to availability.
If all available slots for a particular area or month are already filled, new customers may be placed on a waiting list or offered the next available slot.
If you place an order but your area is not currently covered, we will inform you through WhatsApp.
When delivery becomes available in your area, or when a suitable slot opens, we may contact you with the relevant availability and subscription details.

Customers who would like to test our milk before subscribing may request a testing order.
Testing orders do not require a regular subscription slot. Availability will depend on our daily milk supply and delivery capacity.

Regular milk deliveries are arranged according to the customer's selected subscription/package and the delivery schedule assigned to their area.
Delivery timing may vary depending on the route, number of customers, milk availability, and operational conditions.
We aim to maintain a consistent delivery schedule for all active subscription customers.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer before confirmation of the order.

A regular subscription will only be confirmed after the required slot has been successfully allocated.
Our milk supply is currently limited. Therefore, we may not be able to accept every order or provide service in every area of Karachi.
If a requested area or subscription slot is unavailable, we will inform the customer and provide service when capacity becomes available.
ABBAL Dairy Farm reserves the right to limit or temporarily pause new subscriptions in any area when our available milk supply or delivery capacity has been reached.
