ABBAL Dairy Farm provides fresh cow and buffalo milk through a local delivery service in Karachi.

Our milk delivery service is currently available only in selected areas of Karachi and is subject to milk availability, delivery capacity, and available customer slots.

We may expand or adjust our delivery areas and service availability from time to time.

All orders and subscription requests are subject to availability and confirmation by ABBAL Dairy Farm.

Submitting an order or subscription request through our website does not automatically guarantee that the order or subscription will be accepted.

For regular milk subscriptions, delivery slots are limited and will be allocated based on our available milk supply and delivery capacity.

If no suitable slot is available, we may place the customer on a waiting list or offer the next available slot.

Our regular milk service is designed for customers who want to receive fresh milk on a recurring basis.

Subscription details, including milk type, quantity, delivery schedule, and applicable charges, will be confirmed with the customer before the subscription begins.

A subscription may be subject to availability in the customer's area.

ABBAL Dairy Farm reserves the right to limit new subscriptions when available supply or delivery capacity has been reached.

Customers may request a testing order before committing to a regular subscription.

Testing orders are separate from regular subscription slots and are subject to daily milk availability and delivery capacity.

ABBAL Dairy Farm will confirm testing-order availability and delivery details with the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name
• Contact number
• Delivery address
• Milk type
• Required quantity or package
• Any other information necessary to complete the order

ABBAL Dairy Farm is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Payment terms will depend on the order or subscription arrangement selected by the customer.

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, payment must be made to the delivery representative at the time of delivery.

For subscription or other payment arrangements, the applicable payment terms will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.

ABBAL Dairy Farm reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be confirmed or where suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity is identified.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on our website about our milk and services is accurate and up to date.

Fresh milk is a natural agricultural product, and its characteristics such as taste, cream layer, color, and fat content may naturally vary depending on factors including the type of milk and seasonal conditions.

Customers should follow the storage and handling instructions provided by ABBAL Dairy Farm.

• Delivery capacity limitations

Where reasonably possible, customers will be informed of significant changes affecting their order or subscription.

ABBAL Dairy Farm will take reasonable care in providing its products and services. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delivery disruptions, severe weather, unexpected operational issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
